Mac w/ Parallels - Continuum Login Failure

Hi There,

When trying to log in to my Continuum Data feed / live account I get login failure despite being able to login successfully to the my.CQG portal with the credentials.

I am using a Macbook pro M1 Chip running 12.4 Monterey with Parallels.

NT8 launches without error & will connect to the Kinetic end-of-day feed.

The most common reason for the login to fail is if the "Demo" checkbox is still enabled, this will reject live accounts:



If you have already disabled this and still receive a rejection, please send us a message through the platform directly, we can then best investigate further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

I have sent the email.

I have also just signed up to a barchart.com trial & which connected just fine.
