Do people from technical support have any technical training in ninjascript? Do you use a already written script where you look for the answer and just copy paste it?
Do you consult with other co-workers , look in the manual , try to give your best answer ? How exactly this technical support is working. Can you describe it a little please?
I have only good thing to say about support ,being technical or account or by mail or whatever. So yes thank you guys.
