    Unable to connect to Rithmic Data after removing strategy

    Hello,
    I had removed a strategy I've purchased from rize capital due to a message error Ninjascript files on your PC that have programming errors

    ​I did so from the Ninja Script editor (right click) after that I couldn't connect any longer to Rithmic, suffice to say I do can connect through the Rithmic Pro App.
    I have an account with LeeLoo funding. I checked all is well on that end too. HEPL!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    I can't think of a reason why removing a NinjaScript strategy would ever have any affect on your connections. Does the connection appear in the Connections menu on the Control Center anymore?

    Please also send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
