Data Lag using Continuum

Hello,

I recently started to lag on my real time data feed. I use Continuum. At first, rebooting NT8 would clear up the issue. Now its consistently running 5-20 minutes behind & I haven't changed anything in my settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
