    problem conection ninjatrader

    hello !
    I'm having problems with my ninjatrader connection
    I have an account with the company GO ALL Trading Academy
    the message that appears is this​

    This message generally means that either the username, password, and server system that you have selected is incorrect or that there are network connectivity issues preventing your connection. Have you been able to connect in NinjaTrader previously using this connection or have you been receiving this message since you created the connection?

    Does this same username and password combination work for you in R Trader Pro?

    Please also send us your log and trace files via email so that we may review them for any errors. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Ensure that Log and Trace files is selected.

    Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 03365697 ATTN Zachary

    Please do NOT share these files on the forum, as they contain personal information that we would not advise sharing publicly. ​

      Have you been able to connect in NinjaTrader previously using this connection or have you been receiving this message since you created the connection?
      yes , i have previously connected with this connection for months and it has been going well
      Does this same username and password combination work for you in R Trader Pro?

      Can you tell me how I get or where these files are on my computer? To send them

        Thank you for your reply.

        You can send them from directly within the platform. You can do this by going to the Control Center window and selecting Help-> Email Support

        Ensure that Log and Trace files is selected (which it is by default)
