Historical Data Playback - Charts do not update

Hi!
I would like to use Ninja Trader to cover the following use-case:

backtest manually a strategy working on 1h / 4h timeframe on forex.

To do so I have downloaded forex historical data since 2019.
Once I am in playback mode, even though time is passing, even at 1000x speed, charts do not update.
The data is downloaded correctly.
When I try to do the same with Market Replay data, everything goes as expected.

Is it possible to run playback with historical data? Am I missing something?

Thank you for your post!

Yes, it is possible to use the playback connection with historical tick data (minute and daily data cannot be used). Please ensure you have historical tick data for the instrument in question (right-click in the playback controller > Show Available Data).

Hi,
thank you for your prompt response and video!
I found out the root cause, but I did not manage to solve the issue.
The problem is that the tick data is not downloaded probably, I cannot find in the Historical Data edit tab.
Its seems that it does not download correctly though, as I have followed the process to download tick historical data.

OK I see it is just a matter of waiting some time and it works. With NinjaTrader FXCM tick historical data is available only from October 2021, do you know another provider with older data ( from 2019 ? ).
