Why Bars required to trade error, from trade from 9/29?

I am initializing variables when flat, that I use in strategy builder to control execution of 2 indicators, so they only occur once, I'm getting an error from a trade that failed on 9/29 that is in the log file which I'm attaching to this message and also the trace file for today.
