Ninja Trader Continuum Historical Tick Data

Hi,

I have tried to Download the Historical Data. It has been successful up until contract NQ12-21 & NQ09-21.

1. NQ 12-21 - The Tick data was downloaded up until 05 Oct 2021. The roll over date was 09 Sep 2021, why the data for Sep 2021 was not downloaded.
2. NQ 09-21 - The Tick data was not downloaded for NQ09-21 and earlier contracts. As you can see in the attachment, Tick data was not downloaded for Sep, Jun, Mar 2021 and Dec 2020 contracts.

What maybe the problem?

Unfortunately, we only guarantee up to 1 year of historical tick data.

We may offer more for some instruments however only 1 year is guaranteed.
