Restore user configuration

Needed to do a reinstall due to inability to remove bad dll. I want to restore how NT behaved before reinstall including how my charts looked and my brokerage and data provider login data.

I want to copy over all files from a backup to the new installation but leave the bad files behind. Therefore I need to know what files to omit from the backup.

Thank you very much for your post.

The "bad DLL" error likely originated from a custom NinjaScript. Please exclude the "NinjaScript files" during the import, as this should keep the file from being reimported.

It says something about I don't have a constructor. Code compiles fine. Is there a log of compilation errors? This occurs when I bring up indicators on a chart.

Could you send us your platform's log & trace files? I would like to take a closer look at this error message.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
