Rithmic connection with data delayed

Hello,
I am not sure if this happened to anyone in this forum but the Rithmic connection from NinjaTrader platform kept getting data delayed from a few second to minutes.
While data was delayed using Rithmic connection from NinjaTrader, the data in (R | Trader Pro) was still perfectly real-time with no delay.
I checked it is not rendering problem or any custom ninja script that caused the issues.
Any idea?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email and send it to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com", so I can investigate. Put "Att Luis, 03333896" in the subject field of the email.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

sorry I posted this issue after NinjaTrader has investigated deep into the matter. so far Ninja has tested these steps:
1, reviewed trace and log files
2, checked agaist SuperDOM
3, reviewed 'NinjaScript Utilization Monitor.
4, tried different browser

I have many clients renting my Trading Bot for trading a wide range of securities using various connections from NinjaTradfer platform including stocks, options, forex, crypto, cfd,..etc. and no complaints about. but when they used Rithmic connections, there was lots of complaints about data delay and thus Bot didn't place any order for whole day. I am working with three involved parties in this matter: Rithmic, NinjaTrader, and Bulenox.
