error to add-on

When I try install add-on, the following message appers when I click on to tools -> import -> ninjascript add-on:
"the network name cannot be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070043)."
I need help, please.

This error usually indicates that NinjaTrader's Documents folder is on a network drive. This can cause issues with a variety of scripts and is not advised.

Most commonly, we see this when NinjaTrader is being installed on a macOS-based virtualization platform, e.g. Parallels. If this is the case, please ensure the following setting has been set to circumvent this:

1. Start Parallels and select your virtual machine
2. Press the "Configure" button on the top
3. Under "Options", select "Sharing"
4. Uncheck "Share Mac" under "Share Mac User Folders with Windows"
5. Press "OK" and start the virtual machine

After changing this setting you would have to reinstall NinjaTrader, as Parallels generally does not move this folder.

Should this not resolve the issue, or if you are not using macOS, please let me know.
