Export Data issue - ES

HI

I want to export RTH Open - (9:30am EST), RTH Open + 30m (10.00 am EST) , RTH + 1hour (10:30 am EST) & RTH Close (4 pm EST) from 01/01/22 till date.
I am facing multiple issues here as listed below.

I try to download dat for ES 12-22 from 01/01/22 to 09/25/22. It says data downloaded but in Edit => Historical for ES 12-22 i only see data for september
I have also tried to download data using ES ##-## but still same issue.

My Global merge policy is Merge back adjusted.
I check ES Merge policy & it has Use global settings.

Plz help me out!!

Could you please send us your platform's log & trace files? As the data should indeed be available, I'd like to take a look at whether any issues or errors are being reported.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
