Cant connection Ninjatrader 8

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
Please first ensure that if you are using live credentials you will need to have the demo box unchecked in your configured connection settings.
If you are still unable to connect, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.- Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to "Documents" > Open the "NinjaTrader 8" folder
- Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
