Continuum Demo error after starting NT8

Hello - I am getting the following error when I start NT8:

NinjaTrader Continuum Demo: Please upgrade to a Lease or Lifetime license to unlock this feature. (Panic)

My license is quarterly lease for Interactive Brokers.

I have no data connection setup to Conntinuum Demo.

I have no market data settings specific to any instruments for Conntinuum Demo.

What could be the problem and how do I prevent this error from appearing?

Thank you for your post.

This error may be caused by a past connection set to "Connect on Start up" mode. To ensure this is not the case, disconnect from any active data feed and then please go into the Control Center under Connections>Configure> and select "NinjaTrader Connection Demo" and click remove > OK. Then please restart the platform by closing out of the Control Center and reopening NinjaTrader.

If this does not resolve your issue, please provide your license key via email and manually send your log and trace files to our platform support team, so that I may look into this further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
