Loading chart (historical) data frin Intaractive Brokers not working anymore

Since the beginning of September I cannot load chart data from the LATEST version of IB.
The error I see in the NT log is:

End Date/Time: The date, time, or time-zone entered is invalid. The correct format is yyyymmdd hh:mm:ss xxx where yyyymmdd and xxx are optional. E.g.: 20031126 15:59:00 US/Eastern Note that there is a space between the date and time, and between the time and time-zone. If no date is specified, current date is assumed. If no time-zone is specified, local time-zone is assumed(deprecated). You can also provide yyyymmddd-hh:mm:ss time is in UTC. Note that there is a dash between the date and time in UTC notation

I did some google search and looks like other charting software experiencing the same issue and had to ajust data requests for IB.
The version of IB TWS I currently have issues is "Build 10.18.1e, Sep 20, 2022 4:11:21 PM"
However requests still working with TWS version "Build 10.12.2v, Sep 12, 2022 3:49:11 PM"

Could you guys please pay attention to this issue?

This error is caused by not using TWS version 981.3i - NinjaTrader is only compatible with this version.

but this TWS version is 2 years old..
