price crossed low limit

On a Limit order via API I received an error "price crossed low limit"
the requested price was SELL @ 3877.25
and here is the profile of the prices I had:
Prices, Last:3879.5 Bid:3879.5 Ask:3879.75

Obviously its because my sell price was bellow the bid price and that is not acceptable. I just want to make sure I understand it correctly. Any feedback?

Hello Ray11,

Can you please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email and send it to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com". Put "Att Jason, 03285413" in the subject field of the email.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email (and don't attach each log or trace file individually)
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

In addition, please include on what date and at what time the limit order was submitted.

I'm not quite sure what exact rejection error you experienced with "price crossed low limit".
