$TICK index

Do I need to be on NT* in order to get the $TICK index?

Hello Spartacus,

You will receive data for the ^TICK index (in both NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8) when connected to a broker/data feed connection that provides data for the ^TICK index.

If you don't receive data, please tell me to what broker/data feed you connect in the NinjaTrader platform.

I subscribe to Ironbeam which is my broker and FCM.

Can you please contact Ironbeam and check if the ^TICK index can be enabled for your Continuum connection. We can't enable this on our end.
