Next trading day is always missing

The chart never shows the next trading day. The next day would be September 19th, but as you can see in the screenshot it is not visible. September 20th is next.
Is this a bug or do I have a wrong setting?

Hi Bobin, thanks for posting. If this is a daily chart, the next bar will not have formed yet. You will have to wait until Sunday at 4 PM Central time to see the next bar form.

    Kind regards,

      Hi Chris,
The date I marked in this new screenshot below is the September 20th, but it should be September 19th.
The chart always skips the next trading day.

Hi Bobin, Please let me know:

        1. The type of chart this is, it looks like a 1 day chart but I want to be sure.
        2. What instrument this is.
        3. What is your time zone setting under Tools>Options>General>Time Zone.

Please also try expanding the time axis on the chart by dragging the bottom timeline to make sure every day is being displayed. When Sunday comes, please re-check this chart, because right now the only bar that exists on the daily chart will be today. Please also confirm if you can see the daily bars in the past. E.g. can you see September 12-16 in consecutive order?

        Kind regards.

          Hi Chris,
          it's a 1440 Minute chart.
I think the instrument was CL future (Crude Oil).
My time zone is UTC +1.
I can see all past bars.

I attached another image whish shows the problem in another market (LE future).
You can see that the date skips from he 16th to the 26th!

I am trying to draw something after the last bar.
However, it is extremely confusing that the dates after the last bar are so random.

Hi Bobin, thanks for that info. The 1440M bars would be the reason for this. If you go into the Data Series menu and change the session template setting to Default 24x5 or 24x7 this will resolve the issue. This is the same session template that daily bars use, so they will display each day going forward in time.

            Kind regards,
            -ChrisL
