    Futures chart zooms in to 0 and huge spaces

    Hey, when my workspace chart opens it is normal and works as it should. Then as soon as I change from 3m candle to 15m my chart resets to 0 points with 20 points or more spacing, and the only way to fix it is to slowly scale it back up which takes a while. any idea how to fix it?

    Thank you for the message.

    Please right-click on the background of the charts and select "Reload all historical data"

    Does this happen on every chart or just one of them?
    • If it only happens on specific charts, is there something they all have in common?

    I would like to do a test to see if the same thing happens on a New/Basic chart. Please perform the following test:
    • Go to the Control Center > New > Chart
    • Select the ES 12-22 (Or something you're enabled for)
    • Make it a 1-minute chart
    • Set the 'Days to load' to 5
    • Make sure 'Template' in the top-right corner is set to < None >
    • Set the Time frame > Trading hours > To "Default 24x7"
    • Click OK to make the chart
      • Switch the chart to being a 5 minute chart did it change the scaling?
      • Try switching between a few different Minute based intervals and see how it affects the chart.
        • Is this test chart behaving the same way as the original?
          • If not, how is it different from the original chart?

    If the behavior continues on the test chart, please take a screenshot of the chart between switching to different Intervals so we can see how it is changing.
    • If you are unsure of how to take a screenshot, I recommend using the Windows Snipping tool.
    • Click on the Windows Icon at the bottom of your screen and type the word "Snip"
    • Click on the Snipping tool, click New, then click and drag around the area you want to screenshot
    • Click File > Save As > Save the screenshot where you can find it

      Hey Clayton, I have used the steps for the new chart and it works now thanks!
      Seems like something was broken in the chart I created.
