Platform Crashing

I recently started to experience some crashing in the platform.
Is there any way that we can troubleshooot the reason and possible solutions.
Please let me know if there is any kind of log file or some information I can provide to help finding the causes of this problem.

Yes, you can certainly send us your platform's diagnostic files so we may review what is happening when the platform is crashing. Please send us your log and trace files so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Please include a link to this forum thread in the body of the email as well as a description of the behavior you are experiencing. For example, what are you doing in the platform when it crashes, and what do you mean by crashing? Is the platform completely closing out on your PC or is it frozen and not allowing you to click?

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include the diagnostic files. This is checked by default.
