I have 2 seperate data feeds connected, with preferences for stocks set to TD Ameritrade, the rest to Continuum for futures. I made a chart for SPY and pulled up the options chain but it does not populate. What am I doing wrong? Should I have enabled something, somewhere?

Do you receive an error in the Log tab of the Control Center after trying to load SPY in the Options Chain? If so, what does the error say?
I would be glad to review your platform's diagnostic files regarding this item. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.
