Trades immediately stopped out when entered

Hi Chelsea,

Oh, I see my mistake in describing this situation. This is happening on live charts. The backtesting looks fine at a glance (10,000+ trades). I'm wondering if using a variable set by the user as the value for SetTrailStop() is what's causing it? I will have to test this tomorrow when the strategy is suppose to be trading. I can also test with SetTrailStop() set to 100 ticks. Are there any other tests you can think of that I can run live tomorrow?

It's all on a simulation account.

What is the submission price of the stop order?

What is the bid price at the time the order is submitted?

f you set the ticks to 100 does the trail stop order still fill immediately?
