adding an Indicator callculated by another Input-Series

Hey guys, I would like to add an Indikator, for example an SMA, to the 60 min Chart, but the Indicator should be calculated by the TimeSeries 15 min.

i tried to change the Input series in the Property window, but there is no other Input-Series available. Do I have to rewrite the Indicator by a multi-TimeFrame, or is there another possibility to do it?

Hello sane1111,

You would need to add a 15 minute series to the chart and then apply the indicator to that series. After doing that you can drag the indicator into the 60 minute timeframes panel to overlay it there.

thanks Jesse, yes it works, but, when i remove the 15 min timeFrame the indicator disappear :-)

Hello sane1111,

You can change the data series bar colors to transparent for that series. It would still have a panel so you would first want to drag the 15 minute series into the 60 minute series panel while it is visible. After that you can change it to transparent to hide it.
