Not having data and unknown exchange

Hello! Hope you're okay... I have two problems
1. I want to operate Silver Futures (SI) and I'm not receving data, nowdays actual the contract is 12-22 and when I put in a chart 'SI 12-22' doesn't show anything, even the strategy doesn't turn on.
2. I'm trying to operate this instrument EZU, but this instrument operate in a exchange called BATS, but I can't see this exchange in the exchange list you have in the platform, do you has it renamed or you just doesn't has it?

Hi, thanks for posting. You will need to contact your broker if you are not able to pull a certain instrument. Please also check the Log tab of the Control Center for any errors about this instrument. The list of exchanges is provided by our servers. If you do not see BATS in the list it is unfortunately an unsupported instrument/exchange.
