Data not loading whole day only from the time when I log into NT8

When I logged in today it will not load the whole day's data only from the time I logged in. I cannot see what has happened in the last 24 hrs or from when I last shut down yesterday morning. I restarted the whole computer. No change. Have not altered any settings. Never had this happened before. Got me stumped any ideas? I have restarted NT8 three times and every time the candles only show from when I logged in. I am on a 2000 tick chart.

I'm using Interactive Broker for my live/historical market data. I don't have the option to "reload all historical data". My 1 minute/3 minute/ 5 minute charts all work but my 2000 tick chart doesn't. The Control Center doesn't indicate there are any problems.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation of Interactive Brokers. This connection does not provide historical tick data.
