Live Data Tick Chart Standing Still

My tick chart is standing still on the screen but I can see the ticks fluctuating on the bottom right due to my indicator. Currently, my 5-minute chart is working properly.

• NinjaTrader 8 version 8.0.26.1 64-bit
• Connected to Interactive Brokers (I have bought the data bundle packages)
• Instrument symbol: ES 09-22

It looks like I'm able to see live data for the tick chart when the market opens but I'm not able to see pre-market data?

Thank you for your note.

Please note this is expected when using Interactive Brokers as a data provider as they do not provide historical tick data to the platform so only live tick data for markets you're currently vbiewing would load in the chart.

When using IB we recommend using minute based data series to ensure you're able to see live and historical data.
