Compiler Directives in Indicators

When using Compiler Directives in Indicators to selectively compile various Properties, it seems that the automatically generated wrappers ignore the directives and attempt to include all code, even code that is explicitly excluded from compilation by the Compiler Directives.

Obviously, this means the compilation fails because the wrappers are trying to include Properties that are not in the code recognised by the compiler.

The automatically generated wrappers for Indicators need to honour Compiler Directives.
