Chart is not updating with current prices after PC goes to sleep

I restarted NT8 and I have 1 tab for S&P futures that will not update. Every other chart is good. What would cause this, how do we resolve this and how can this be avoided in the future?

Looks like no one responded as yet from the support team but I am sure they will and will provide further information.

In general do not let your PC sleep while NinjaTrader is running.

If you haven't already, completely shutdown the PC and then restart.

Thank you for your post.

When a PC goes into a suspended state this causes connections issue within the platform therefore when using NinjaTrader we suggest changing your PC Power Options to Never go into Sleep or Hibernation Mode to avoid this behavior.
