I just reinstalled Windows 10. Trying to reinstall NT8. I go to existing user download, put in my license key and it just sits there "processing'. tried a 2nd license key, same results. Went to the new user page, entered my email, and it just set there 'processing'. Is the download server down? Or is it me?

We can only apologize for this, our licensing/download server experienced a brief outage today. This has since been resolved and you should experience no further issues downloading the platform.
