"(Spinning circle) Processing" trying for an hour to access download of platform
Was receiving error messages of "Unable to load trading hours from file Nymex Metals RTH6.XML'..." and, "Unable to connect to DB: the operating system could not be mapped to a known set of errors..." So, in attempting to resolve the matter, I deleted NT and wish to now re-install, however, at the NT download site the out come is "(Spinning circle) Processing" trying for an hour to access download of platform.

Our licensing/download server experienced a brief outage today. This has since been resolved and you should experience no further issues downloading the platform.
If you still encounter any problems after the reinstallation, please don't hesitate to let us know!
