"Couldnt find marketID for @ATT"

Hi, i have a little problem.
i have 2 computers standing on my desk.
On the one ninjatrader can find my att-self defined symbol. But on the other computer ninjatrader says... "Couldnt find marketID for @ATT"

i attached the screeenshot of my symbol.. as is said, this works on my laptop as well


can anybody give me an advice?
connectionsettings are the same too.

Thank you for your note.

Can you confirm the setup for the @ATT instrument is the same between both NinjaTrader installations? What is selected for the Exchange for both?

Are you using the same data provider and account on both PCs?
