Historical Data IBKR and Jigsaw

Back again, thought i fixed it but i guess not.

i know this concerns 2 other software but i thought id ask.

My lvl2 Interactive brokers data wont load the historical volume profile in jigsaw. it just starts loading the current volume at each level.

so when i open a DOM up in the morning and i want to see the overnight sessions volume i cannot. rithmic data trial loads it up perfectly.

not sure where the problem lies. is it the IB data, i know they dont have tick data but is historical volume profile tick data?

Thank you for your inquiry.

Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure if Jigsaw's volume profile would require tick data or not. It's definitely possible. Our Order Flow Volume Profile populates historically with Interactive Brokers, so long as Tick Replay is not enabled and you are not trying to view a tick-based chart. However, I'm not certain how Jigsaw's own volume profile works under the hood. I'd suggest reaching out to Jigsaw directly to see if they can clarify.

Ya i reached out to jigsaw and they told me IBs data wont load it. Whoop. guess im looking for a new broker.
