Connect with Proxy on PC

Hello Ya'll .... Trying to connect with a proxy ... Got the config file and set it up now it connects to read license, but when I log on to Live connection I get .... 'network connection to the order routing system is unavailable (logon failed)' .... any help with this Please??

Additionally, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under My Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Download Sockcap64 (free). Make sure that you go the THE .exe program file, right click, go to Properties and click the box that says "Run as administrator". You have to click this box for it to work. Or at least I did. Your welcome! Good luck!

I know this is an old thread, but have you checked your internet connection? Sometimes, logging on to a live connection can be a bit finicky. If you're looking for different proxies for different tasks, you might want to give proxys.io a try. They offer a bunch of options that can suit your needs.
