About Tokyo Stock Exchange
It seems that the Tokyo market price is data of the price until 14:59, and as for the time, it is 15:00 when I check on the chart, but how can I display the price of the data of the previous closing and the closing of the big closing?Tags: None

So that I may better assist and test please answer the following questions:- What instrument do you have selected?
- What Trading hours template do you have selected?
- What chart interval do you have selected?
- To clarify are you wanting to show the price of the market at the 'break' and at the the session close?

We have selected the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSEJ) as our instrument.
I am not sure which trading time template you have selected to check.
The chart interval is 1 minute.
I checked again, and the 11:30 price data is not shown for the previous close as well as the big close (15:00).- To clarify are you wanting to show the price of the market at the 'break' and at the the session close?
The second image attached here is data from a domestic (Japanese) brokerage firm, and I believe it shows price data at the 3pm close, but I would like to display this data on the NinjaTrader platform.

Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately, I am still unsure what Trading Hours template being used.
This may be found under the Control Center > Tools > Instruments > double left click on the TSEJ instrument. Then please tell me what Trading Hours is being used.
If this is a custom Trading Hours Template please take a screenshot of the defined sessions from the Trading Hours window under Tools > Trading Hours:- To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Unfortunately I am not to successfully create this instrument.
After reviewing your screenshots again, please clarify what software data feed you are using in the non-NinjaTrader screenshot.
Also what connection/broker are you using within NinjaTrader?

Interactive Brokers Securities.Also what connection/broker are you using within NinjaTrader?
I am using IB Securities, and I would like to know if there are any problems between the link you sent me and IB Securities.

Thank you for your note.
I would first like to ensure that you are using the fully supported version of Trader Workstation (981.3i) or Gateway (981.3i as outlined in your Interactive Brokers Connection Guide Below:You may find the version you are using by going to Help > About within Trader Workstation or Gateway.
If you are not using these listed version then I would recommend uninstalling the current version you are using and then using the download links in the Connection Guide above to install the supported versions.

Thank you for your note.
From your screenshot I see that you are using a more recent version Trader Workstation (TWS).
This version is not supported with NinjaTrader and we advise uninstalling and installing the fully supported version listed in our Connection Guide below:Please note that NinjaTrader will only be able show data that is also available from your data feed provider.
As well NinjaTrader's charts are timestamped at the end of the bar as outlined in the link below:

I would like to know if it is possible to restore the data without losing any of the previous data?This version is not supported with NinjaTrader and we advise uninstalling and installing the fully supported version listed in our Connection Guide below:

Thank you for your post.
If you are referring to historical chart data, reinstalling TWS to the supported version would not affect any saved historical data on NinjaTrader. Any missing data would be redownloaded if it is available from Interactive Brokers.
If you are referring to past trade data this as well would still be stored within NinjaTrader 8 database file and would not be affected from reinstalling TWS.
If neither of this is the case then could you please clarify exactly what data you are referring to?Spencer F.NinjaTrader Customer Service
