Market Depth for M2K, MES, MNQ, MYM

Dear Community - I am new to this platform. Therefore I would be grateful for your help. Can anyone tell me the appropriate settings for Order Flow Market Depth for the above 4 markets. Unfortunately my settings show insufficient. Thanks a lot for you help.

Thank you for your note.

The Market Depth map would require Level II data to function, can you confirm your real time data account is enabled for Level II data?

It plots off that data in real time and will take some time to fill the screen as in the screenshots.

We wouldn't be able to really advise on settings - the default settings would be sufficient to plot the map on those instruments.
