missing August 22nd data

Here, using Renkos, you can see that all my recorded live data is missing for August 22nd.




Using 5min candles, August 22nd is not missing
Same Ticker.
Is this normal? thanks

Thank you for your post.

Renko bars would be built from tick data while 5 minute bars would be built from minute data, so it may be that you have minute data but do not have tick data for that date. You can check what historical data you have in the Historical Data screen (Tools > Historical Data > Edit tab > Expand Historical > Expand MES 09-22 > Last > Tick) - can you confirm if tick data is present for the 22nd?

You are my data feed. NT Continuum on MES
I have this Historical Tick data for that date but its still not showing on my chart.
I had my computer on all day to record that live data.
Havent tried downloading it though.
Am I going crazy?
