Can't get any crypto data from fxcm

I just tried downloading historical data for BCHUSD from fxcm but i couldn't get any data wither it being as a crypto or as a CFD no error messages on the log it just doesn't work i also can't get a chart up either

FXCM would not provide data for the Cryptocurrency BCHUSD. However, you should indeed be able to receive data for the CFD.

Please ensure the CFD has been selected and that your account is enabled for this instrument:



Should this still fail, please send me your platform's log & trace files, I can then investigate what might have caused this.
