Same Strategy On Two Charts but one doesn't cancel entry order

HI,
I have the same strategy running on two identical charts, except one is a simulated account and the other is funded. When the conditions for entry are present, a limit order is placed. When the conditions for entry no longer exist, the limit order is canceled. The problem is that the strategy using the simulated account cancels the limit order, but the strategy running on the funded account leaves the limit order there indefinitely, and I have to cancel it manually.
What am I missing?

Who is your broker/data provider?

Is this a strategy you created yourself, or one created for you by a third party?

What is the State of the order when it remains indefinitely? This may be found on the Orders tab of the Control Center.

Does this occur with a fresh chart and instance of the strategy on the live account? You may see unusual behavior if you run a strategy on sim, then change the selected account to a different account and run the same instance again.
