Issue with USCrudeOil CFD on Forex.com

Hello,

there are some issues with the US Crude Oil CFD Instrument on Forex.com/CityIndex.

• The default mapping of "US Crude Oil" Appears point to a Futures Instrument CFD. This is recognisable because prices displayed on the chart are of the format $85.84 rather than the 8563.1 (I've attached CityIndex's Crude Oil Instruments for reference)
• Open positions are not recognised by Ninjatrader. The account balance varies, but no positions are shown in Chart Trader or the Positions window.
• Orders vanish from Ninjatrader when the platform is closed then opened again - but the orders still exist within Forex.com's own software.
• The tick size is set to 0.1 - this would be correct if the mapping pointed to the CFD instrument with prices formatted like 8563.1 but with the futures instrument with prices $85.84 the correct ticksize should be 0.01.

I have tried updating the Mapping to "US Crude Oil CFD", this corrects the prices issue, which shows the chart correctly, with prices like 8563.1, however Ninjatrader is still unable to recognise open positions.

It would be preferable to get this working with the standard CFD instrument rather than the Futures CFD, since the spread on the futures CFD is double the normal one.

FYI "UK Crude Oil" works just fine, showing the correct price format, tighter spreads and recognising the positions.

Please advise how to fix this
