Unreliable Alert Messages

Hello Ninjas!
I'm having issues with getting alert messages to my phone. I use Verizon, and was able to configure it properly. The issue is that I get repeat messages (e.g., from alerts that were triggered the day before), or I get the messages way later. It's super random as to what I get and when I get it. My alert tracks when the point of control (from volume profile) shifts. Well, today, for instance, I have received more than 60 alerts, when the POC has only shifted 9 times. Again, the alerts are random and not sequential.
The pictures show the settings that I'm using for the alert and for the txt messages.

I'm testing now to see if I see the same. This may be an issue on Verizon's end. I don't have Verizon as my carrier, but we can see if it's something potentially with the alerts themselves, or the carrier.

Thank you for your note.

To check, if you go into your indicator settings for the Order Flow Volume Profile, scroll down to the Lines section and expand the section for Developing POC, is visible checked? If not, it will need to be checked for the alerts to fire correctly when the POC changes.

It is checked. After further troubleshooting, I concluded that it was a Verizon issue. I took a different route: Email alerts, and they work just fine. Thanks for our support!
