I have some odd behavior with MA's on Tick charts. To get MAs on 1000 and 4000 Tick to look the same, I take the time intervals from the 4k and multiply them by 4 on the 1k. That seems to work fine. But now using the settings for 1000 Tick for MNQ and applying those to an NQ chart, they're significantly different. Any insight or advice is welcome.

NQ and MNQ are different instruments and ticks would not be expected to come in at the same time on both instruments since they are traded separately, so we would expect bars to be different between the two. Because the bars are different, we would expect the MAs to differ as well.
