OCO Bracket Order error with ATM: "you cant submit an exit order"

Hi,

I am sure this issue has been asked several times but I can't find a solution for this.

On Chart Trader,
I am trying to place a Bracket entry order if a range is broken:

BUY STOP MARKET
OCO
SELL STOP MARKET

I am able to create the OCO order when the ATM is disabled, but if the ATM is enabled I am getting the error: "You can't submit an exit order to a strategy until any of its entry orders have been submitted"

So my question is: is there a way to set up an entry bracket order and had the ATM strategy attached to that order?

Please let me know if this question has been answered elsewhere.

Thanks for your post.

You could accomplish this by following the steps below.

• Select the ATM Strategy template in the ATM Strategy drop-down menu
• Place the Buy Stop Market order
• Enable OCO by clicking Ctrl+Z on your keyboard
• Select the ATM Strategy template again in the ATM Strategy drop-down menu
• Place the Sell Stop Market order
