There is Market Replay data available to download (Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data-->Load-tab-->Get Market Replay data) for the last 90 days.

Sorry I'm not quite sure what is referred with "rolling". You can load Market Replay data for the last 90 days. Today is August 8th, so the earliest date you can download today is May 10th. Tomorrow, the earliest date you can download is May 11th and so on.

Market Replay data is full tick data and includes level II data. Please see the link below.
