My Ninjatrader Connection Problem

    My Ninjatrader Connection Problem

    Hi

    I'm connected with my login and password to My Ninjatrader Connection (NinjaTrader Forex Data Connection Guide | NinjaTrader)

    But, when I open a Chart, the candlesticks does not appear. It's show Loading... and does not show the candlesticks.

    The connection status is GREEN.

    What should I do?

      Thank you for your post.

      This looks to be a forex demo connection if you're using the NinjaTrader Forex connection. Demos may expire and we cannot extend them. When did you receive your demo credentials? They generally would last for 30 days.

        I have the same issue at the original post. My charts won't load but the 1 day data loads.

            My account has at least 3 years, I always extend the credentials after 30 days. It worked all these years. It still connect, but does not show the candlesticks.

            My username is my e-mail.

                I've looked into this and it looks like there is currently an issue with the NinjaTrader Forex connection and demos are not currently working in the platform. Our team is aware of this and is working to resolve it. I'll let you know as soon as I have further information or a fix.

                        Looks like this should be resolved now. Restart NinjaTrader and try to connect - let me know if it's still not working for you.

                          Hey, Ninjatrader management - this incident has still not been fully resolved as of this morning the connectivity has only been resolved for NT8, However NT7 cannot establish connectivity here is a screen shot of NT7 Login error

                            Thank you for your reply.

                            The FXCM adapter is no longer supported in NinjaTrader 7. You will need to upgrade to NinjaTrader 8 to use an FXCM connection. Please see the advisory here:
