Trouble enabling Email Alerts

I followed the instruction in the Ninjatrader 8 video on how to set up Email alert but it doesn't seem to work. I used Gmail as per video instructions.

This was in my trace file:
ERROR: There was an error sending a mail message: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.0 Authentication Required. Learn more at

Also: The less Secure Apps configuration is no longer available in Gmail

Hi, thanks for posting. You must create an app password now, the less secure setting is no longer available. Once you generate this password, use it in the password field of the share service setup.
