I have an account but do not know my license key

Hello,

I find this design is very low quality for Ninja Trader. Is there a process that you guys can make using your platform more customer friendly? Right now the UX design is not user friendly.

All I want to do is download the Ninja Trader 8 software and login the account I already have where I'm paying for data but it is asking me for a license key which I do not see a way to retrieve that from your website.

Anyone know what is going on here?
