IBKR account position is not always synced correctly

Hello,
I have set up the live trade and set up the live account in NT options and also in basic entry, when I use basic entry to put in market orders, it works ok, ibkr fills the orders however sometimes the positions that basic entry shows is different than the real positions on ibkr, so for example if i close all positions it will close what it thinks should be in ibkr instead of what actually is there. Is this a limitation or am I doing something wrong.

For reference,
i was reading Tesla stocks and also Tesla options both were suffering from the same situation
also i though it might be because i has the latest TWS so I installed the one NT supports and it did the same.
