support email issue?

Hello is there an issue with the [email protected] address as i have sent several messages over last days with no reply or acknowlegement.
I thought it might be related to a graphic chart i sent and sent in another format. Note i am aware of a separate scripting support email but this is platform. And yes i have checked my Junk folder and there is nothing there

Ok, so it's not just me then. I have the same non-response when I email [email protected]. I think they might have some email server issues. Normally, I would get an email right away notifying me that they have received my email Up until today, there has been no response from them, so it's likely an email server issue on their end.

From reading other support messages here and 'complaints' it does sound like some cluster**** going on there generally with support - i havent read postings here in few weeks but makes sense

Seems like they are catching up on emails now as i received a response. But it possibly looks like we dont get the tick submission confirmation we used to still.
