Monitor realized/unrealized PnL from manual trades?

Is there a way to enable a strategy to monitor my realized/unrealized PnL and take actions? Or it can only monitor realized/unrealized profit from trades made by the strategy itself?

Not for manually submitted orders, no. A strategy will only be aware of the orders it submits, it doesn't know you've submitted a manual order. You could, however, use an addon to monitor the account for manual trades and submit orders using Account.CreateOrder and Account.Submit:
