Historical Data Issues

For the past month I've been able to load my Renko chart all the way back to 2017 for manual backtesting. Today all of a sudden I can only go as far back as August 2021. No matter what I do it won't go past that. I'm using Rithmic data. I tried downloading 2017 - 2022 historical data to see if that works and it didn't help and neither did clearing cache.

How do I get around this?

When you check the Edit tab of the Historical Data window, do you have data going that far back?

What is the instrument and expiry?

(Some instruments may not have data recorded earlier than 2017. IF you do not see the data in the Historical Data window after requesting the data, it is likely that data is not on the historical data server.)

Are you using a different Merge Policy than Merge Back Adjusted (Control Center > Tools > Options > Market Data > Global Merge Policy.
